Clean appearance means no dust on machine back, surface and packaging article. The machine shall be wiped with dry or almost dry cloth, rather than wash by water. If your machine is power coated on the surface, no alcohol or volatile liquid shall be used to sterilize or wipe the machine, otherwise, it could be faded.

In order to guarantee the safety of the maintenance staff, please cut off the power before wiping the machine.

The parts needed cleaning manually include:

1. In order to keep the functions of each component, the inside machine cabinet shall be cleaned by soft brushes or through blowing action. Make sure the exhaust fan is in correct condition before start-up.

2. Clean the groove sensor inside the machine (beside the gear disc) by brushes in the dry means.

3. Clean away the carbon brush dirty mark in the collector ring to keep normal energizing.

4. In order to guarantee the safety of the staff and the machine, make sure to cut the main power during the above cleaning.

As this machine is not equipped with lubricating oil feeding device, in order to prolong the life of the machine, intermeshed gear set and chain wheel set are added to the transmission part to feed oil regularly in manual. It is recommended to adopt butter and machinery oil.

The machine shall be lubricated in light liniment and small-amount oiling ways; otherwise, it could be splashed during component rotation. Please be noted that no oil lubrication shall be provided to the various belts and conveyer belt of the machine during oiling.

8.2 Please refer to the User's Guide and relevant technical documents for maintaining the lubrication of the IP gear-chain stepless transmission. Pay great attention to the periodical inspection.
