1. Do check if there is any leak or loose at the junctions and check if the screws are loose.

2. Check if the feeding material chain is broken or loose. Try to make it not too loose or too tight.

3. Keep the water intake and outtake system in a good state.

4. Change the air compressor oil once for one month. Check if the belt is loose.

5. Change the vacuum pump oil for every 400hours. If the environment is not good, the frequency of changing oil can be speeded up.

6. Switch off the power button, and then check if there is some plastic melted

on the oven. Please do not knock too hard. Check if the terminal screws are loose

or not.

7. Check if the parts are broken or not and change them when necessary.

The quality of the products depends on the harmony of every working step. The negligence of any working step can lead to the low quality of the products. In order to produce the perfect product, have to study the different sheet, mold, control and adjust idea all along. Of course, it needs the operators who have much experience and test run the machine again and again.
